I'll record 2 of my favorite long-standing Delia-isms here on the blog:
1. The way she gets the numbers mixed up and always calls her forehead her "two-head."
2. How I've learned to ask "Where?" when she tells me she has a tummy ache because Delia's tummy aches can refer to any ache or pain anywhere in her body. For example, "I have a tummy ache in my finger."
